Content & Likeness Policy
LARPY creates AI-generated imagery from real people's photographs. That only works if it's built on consent. These rules are short on purpose, and they are enforced.
The one rule that matters most
Only upload faces you have the right to upload. That means your own face, or the face of an adult who has clearly given you permission to create AI-generated images of them.
What is never allowed
- Minors. No photographs of anyone under 18, in any context, for any reason.
- People who haven't consented. No exes, no acquaintances, no strangers, no “it's just a joke.”
- Public figures and celebrities without their documented written consent.
- Deception and fraud. No using Generated Images to impersonate someone, catfish, or misrepresent material facts in business, financial, or legal dealings.
- Explicit or abusive content. No sexual content, and no imagery intended to harass, defame, or degrade any person.
Honest use of aspirational imagery
LARPY imagery is aspirational and stylized, and our clients use it to build their personal brands. What you claim alongside the imagery is your responsibility. Follow the AI-content disclosure rules of the platforms where you post and the regulations of your industry (real estate, financial services, and coaching each have their own advertising standards).
Enforcement
Violations result in content removal and account termination without refund. Uploads involving minors are reported to the appropriate authorities. To report misuse of your likeness, email hello@larpyhq.com — verified likeness-removal requests are honored within 7 days.
